I’m Stacy Spangler, and I’m so glad you’re here. I truly believe that we are all created to create. Creativity isn’t reserved for a talented few; it’s a gift placed in each of us, waiting to be explored. It’s my joy to help others uncover their creative voice and embrace the beautiful, worthwhile pursuit of making art.

I remember all too well what it felt like to be a beginner painter. I doubted my drawing skills, felt frustrated when my paintings didn’t match the vision in my head, and questioned myself constantly. Art began to feel more discouraging than joyful. But once I learned a few key practices—and gave myself permission to embrace my own style—everything changed. Painting became a life-giving passion, one I couldn’t help but want to share with others.

As a self-taught mixed media artist, I love bringing happiness and play into the world through colorful, textured artwork full of personality and heart. My hope is that the courses in this online studio will help you learn, grow, and gain confidence as you discover your own artistic style—without pressure or perfection.
